PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL

Seeking Christ Together

The Parish Pastoral Council [PPC] is the new name for the group that was previously referred to as the Evangelisation Strategy Team [EST]. This page is still being drafted but  it will soon contain details (and photos) of PPC members and summaries of the minutes of all PPC meetings.:  Summaries of the most recent meetings are shown here:

  | September2026 |

• The Terms of Reference of the PPC are currently under discussion (June 2025) but, generally, such bodies are responsible for developing the parish mission and strategy, investigating, reflecting, and reaching conclusions about pastoral matters and consulting with and making recommendations to the Parish Priest.

• Currently the PPC plays a particularly key role by providing input to the Solent Pastoral Area Advisory Group [SPAAG] which is working with the priests of the Pastoral Area in developing plans for the implementation of the Diocesan Ten-year Plan.
